  We had booked provisional accommodation in Weymouth, but on trawling through the remaining alternatives, we came across The Old Rectory. As soon as we had read the details and customer feedback, we promptly cancelled our existing reservation and rebooked to stay at The Old Rectory, and how glad we are that we did. They are enormously experienced which showed in the tasteful decoration of this lovely - Barbara, Graham and Ruby the dog were the best hosts. They were very welcoming and accomodating. On arrival they brought a pot of tea and cake to our room which was a nice touch. Breakfast was also piping hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. They also noticed i left my bluberries and rasberries out of my fruit salad the first day so left them out the second day. Its the small touches that make it great! The loc... was die leute sagen » ation is great as it's right by the beach but on a no-through road, so there's no passing traffic, but it's still only a few minutes walk to the centr - Where do I start from the moment we arrived they couldnt do enough for us, we were running late for a family wedding and Martin even dropped us off at the venue to make sure we got there in time then parked our car for us, he even moved it later on that night so that it was right in front of the guest house, this is how to run a b and b, we couldnt thought it and although the room was small it had everything you could need and more, they thought of everything, i can highly recommend this guest

  Really close to Weymouth train station and local buses, and just across the road from the glorious beach. Lesley and Clive were fantastic hosts. Our room was to the back of the hotel, and was really quite. It was lovely and clean, and we loved the decor. The homemade cake by their son-in-law was beautiful. The breakfast was great. The food took around 20 minutes to arrive, but this is far less than ho - The owners Leslie & Clive made us feel very welcome straight away, our room was lovely and great little touches , was extremely clean, the décor was lovely also. The breakfast was first class, did not need to eat anything until the evening as was too full, the quality of the breakfast was second to none. The hard work that the owners put in was certainly noticeable throughout our stay we will definatly be staying here again and was well worth the long journey from Essex.
