John has a wealth of knowledge about the - Before we even arrived the owners were really helpful and friendly. On arrival shown to our room (only two bedrooms). We had a mini fridge with fresh milk (beats UHT milk any day!). The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was lovely. The couple who own the b&b were so welcoming. Perfect location for alton towers and great value for money. Can't fault this place! Will definitely book here again if we go to alton towers.

  We stayed here whilst on a 2 day pass to Alton Towers. The guest house was located about 10 mins from the resort and was easy to find. Close to local shops/pubs/restaurants. The owners were lovely and friendly and cooked a really good breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean. Despite the weather being wet in the middle of summer, we came back to a warm, cosy room where we could dry off after a very long day at Alton Towers.

  Ability to book up easily and be looked after efficiently. We only stayed one night after a wedding reception near by and were able to access town easily leaving car safely. We have been once in a group before on a Christmas do and were pleased our stay was as satisfying. thankyou for a good nights rest and excellent breakfast.x - Lovely friendly... was die leute sagen » helpful staff.   When we arrived after being at Alton towers we got a friendly welcome with a cup of tea and cake. The appartment we stayed in was amazing the lounge was very big and sofa were really comfy. The bedroom was very big the bed was huge and so comfy had a really good night sleep. The lady who worked there was so friendly and happy to help. The surround... was die leute sagen » ing fields round the cottage was a beautiful sight, we were given bread to feed the ducks and there as no noise of traffic making a calm atmosphere. W - We were on a trip to Alton towers and the location was amazing! We all loved the breakfasts, the variety was amazing and very personalised. The staff were friendly and the farm was lovely my little boy loved feeding apples to the horses.

They get better infact, every year. Very pleasant and comfortable and within easy reach of all pubs, restaurants, tesco and attractions like Alton Towers. Great value for money and they cater for larger families as well as groups of friends which can sometimes be difficult to get a room for.   Obviously a very popular pub/restaurant judging by the numbers there. The staff were all friendly & efficient. We ate in on the first evening of our stay & initially thought the menu looked a bit "nouvelle". We were very pleasantly surprised. We ate out the second night; just for a change of scenery; & wished we had eaten in again! Room comfortable & clean. - The room was lovely, food was amazing, all staff were helpful and friendly. They are also pet friendly which was perfect as we had our two dogs with us and they were allowed in the bar area and there was good seating and service outside which also meant we could take advantage of the weather. Also lots of free parking and wi-fi. Overall very happy with our stay.

  First of all we tried at last minute to accomodate a family of 2 adults and 2 kids but we never imagined that we could get 2 days accomodation at this price. The staff were very friendly when we arrived. They arranged the room quickly eventhough their reservation system did not reflect that we had 2 kids whereas our booking reciept mentioend the s... was die leute sagen » ame. The room was bigger enough to accomodate 4 persons. We got free WI-FI to connect electronic items whereas the booking receipt said it will be ch - The location was ideal as a stopover before our final destination the next day.There was ample parking and when booking in, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and extremely quiet and peaceful.When we make this trip in the future, without doubt,Norton Canes is where we will stay.

  We stayed in the annex which was a gorgeous building and the room was more like a suite, with sofa reclining chair and massive bed. Well recommended - Very good value for money - our 'budget' room was a suite!!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Just disappointed Vodka Bar wasn't open :(
