Fantastic find. Even though they had only been up and running for one month, everything was spot on. We stayed in the family room - spotless, beautifully decorated, lovely underfloor heating, and extremely well equipped. Great views, and would be perfect for Bristol airport. The kitchen /sitting room was an added bonus, owners extremely friendly, and even tea/coffee/breakfast food was provided - not sure why anyone would want to stay in a hotel after this.

The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless.
The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. What a friendly comfortable place to stay. Beautiful room, with nothing missing - excellent bar - fantastic food - both dinner and breakfast outstanding. Friendly locals. Ideal for us, far enough away from Taunton to be on our own but close enough for a short drive to the cricket. If you're coming to watch Somerset or for the ECB youth programme at Kings - consider staying here.
