Das Apartment war sehr schön, komplett eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Einchecken verlief völlig unkompliziert. Die Rezeption von Hawards Apartments war sehr sehr nett. These apartments are very well appointed and are located close to Montpellier. We had an issue originally because we were allocated an apartment on the top floor which meant a climb involving 64 stairs We asked to be moved and to be fair the management did manage to accommodate us on the ground floor for the final two days of a four day booking.

What a stunning and beautifully presented apartment. We stayed in Apt 4 which had two bedrooms and an upper floor with gorgeous lounge and well equipped kitchen. We could live here!!! Fantastic. It has set the benchmark for all apartments we hope to find in the future and so convenient for central Cheltenham.

Self catering apartments were good as usual- some improvements noticeable eg outdoor table and chairs for relaxing on the deck, door wedges provided. All the usual niceties too like plenty of tea and coffee, toiletries, water and fruit in the gym, towels provided in th pool area etc -

Der Service war OK. Die Küche war neu und gut ausgestattet. Alles in Allem ganz gut aber noch durch die Ergänzug einiger fehlender Ausstattungsgegenstände zu verbessern. -
Close to centre of town. Long stay parking nearby if you can't get one of attached parking spots. Loved the studio apartment in the garden, it was just right for us. Shame it

These really are fantastic apartments. Light, bright and well furnished. Ours (No 5) slept 6 people easily and the facilities provided were above our expectations. The location is 5 minutes walk from the town centre and there are lots of restaurants and bars just a minute or two's walk. Parking is totally secure but does cost an extra £10 per nigh
