  Hey, the key pick-up was Cheltenham! I used to live there and had forgotten how nice it was. Old school mammers and full of charm. Apartment was just as described by Suzanne and fully equiped. The only problem was getting the grill to work - never had one before that only works when the door is closed! - Great location and so much more pleasant... was die leute sagen » than a traditional hotel with guests arriving and departing at all hours.

Schön, dass so ein ehrwürdiges Haus wieder auf den besten und... was die leute sagen » neuesten Stand gebracht wird. - It was the first time we had travelled with a young baby and staff were very supportive initially over the telephone then in person, providing a travel cot in the room and a high chair at meal times. The food was reasonably priced and very good, and the rooms were modern and quiet. I would certainly stay again. - The room was lovely and comfortable.It had everything we needed and more for example a dvd player and a modern feel with a plasma screen. The breakfast was great there were a variety of food and very well organised.
