  The service was the best I've experienced anywhere. Nothing was too much trouble and I've stayed in many 5* hotels especially in London. This was as good if not better. The hotel was beautiful too. The rooms were gorgeous. We had a feature room. With huge shower and late bath in the room. Which was fabulous. Beds were amazing. Good bar - Service was second to none. Hotel was very glam and finished to a very high standard. Bar staff were very professional, friendly and entertaining. Chefs were happy to prepare something which was not on the menu. All in all, a very friendly atmosphere that was made by the staff and the surroundings!   Convemient. Very clean. Nice rooms and bathrooms - practical and well kitted out. Easy parking. All the staff were so very pleasant and helpful.
