The house is in a great location for Torquay and near to Cockington Country Park. The hotel is great and you feel right at home in a relaxing atmosphere. The owners were very helpful and suggested some interesting things to see nearby. Lots of leaflets and dining ideas provided too. The proprietors were very welcoming and friendly and very helpful when my mother became ill whilst we were staying there.
The room was very clean and furnished with a modern taste.
There was a good amount of tea, coffee, milk etc and a couple of small touches such as a chocolate and some biscuits made it feel special.
The breakfast was well cooked and served promptly.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the en suite was very nice, the staff were friendly and the guest house in a good location for the city centre. We enjoyed a choice of breakfasts in the morning, overall a good stay, we would book again.

we stayed in one of the lodges. very quiet, very comfortable and spacious 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Introduced my wife and young daughter to the driving range and now they are both hooked! Breakfast was excellent as was the clubhouse and swimming pool. Perfect location for Dartmouth, Salcombe and South Devon. -

The Townhouse was a delight and I will definitely stay again. The room was perfect and splendidly clean and the bathroom was really lovely. The Townhouse feels like a home away from home and is a perfect place to be. It is close to the station and the shops and is in a safe residential area. Breakfast was delicious and perfectly prepared. I really couldn't recommend this hotel more highly.
