Stunning location- an absolute haven. We had the pond room which was very roomy and luxurious with king sized bed and fantastic en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. This was exceptional value for money, very modern and stylish with great facilitys, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds and pillows, everything we needed was provided, the owner Tony couldnt do enough for us. very close to great restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. Wow what a great decision that was, the whole house is fabulous, full of character, spotlessly clean, stylish and beautifully appointed. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with tea, coffee, biscuits, fruit and toiletries supplied daily. Debbie and Derek are excellent hosts who are very welcoming and succeed in making your stay very enjoyable. Excellent choice of breakfast which is cooked to order. We will definitely stay there again.
Area is beautiful and peaceful with Clovelly a very short drive away. Hartland quay has stunning views particularly if it's windy!

Loved our room at the top, with added bonus of sink, microwave and fridge! We have a little cocker spaniel so this was ideal for preparing her food, also as we were tired and didn't fancy going out to eat, we could heat up a ready meal in our room. Bed so comfy, nice big TV, bathroom lovely with great shower. Breakfast nice, Carla and the staff absolutely lovely. Will be back!
