The location, high on the headland within a couple of strides of the beach, fashion & surf shops and cafes. The staff are friendly and efficient. Awesome historic building overlooking the sea but don't be put off. Room was very modern, heated bathroom floor and the best shower I've ever been in. Clearly renovated recently. Restaurants were good, great breakfast (overlooking the ocean) and dinner. Friendly enough staff. Little expensive but not overpriced. Would stay here again.

Only on site for 10 hours (arrived late and left early) - but what I sore was all good.
Breakfast options on the day start from approx £5 if you want tea and toast, lots of options up to the £12.50 full English which was very good.
Spa looked great, would have loved to have spent more time there.
The place was apparently full, I sore about 6 guests during my short stay and heard no one - very quiet. Beautiful surrounds.

I was with my daughter and granddaughter who is 17months old. Our room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and included in the price. If you are looking for a boutique type hotel this is not for you, but I would stay here over any boutique hotel. The setting was magnificent. Beautiful grounds and woodland

The hotel was absolutely amazing! So friendly and had a lovely warm welcome and ports of smiles and politeness from all staff. Food was delicious and well presented.
Our room was AMAZING, we had a beautiful view of the sea and the room was kept nice and clean everyday by the wonderful cleaning staff.
We will be staying again with you in the future!

Äußerst Kinderfreundliches , wunderschönes Hotel! Es hat einfach alles gepasst. The Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the town, but far enough out to be quiet. I enjoyed my first stay there so much, Ive revisited 3 years in a row. Although I havent made use of all the facilities, they do have their own laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Ive always found the staff polite, friendly and helpful. -
