  Almost everything. The room (Room 2)was spacious with more than ample storage for all our clothes. The view from the room overlooking the sea was absolutely amazing. Our hosts were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The portions and content of the breakfast was all one could ask for. The views spectacular. The facilitites comfortable, well maintained and the decor exquisite. Having the opportunity to choose a breakfast that is freshly cooked was wonderful. An extremely pleasant experience. The location over looking St Michaels mount and the proximity to town and public transport is also a bonus.

Excellent location, easy walk to newquay centre, fistral beach or other beaches. Accommodation is modern, very clean and lacks nothing. Breakfast was to the standard of any five star hotel that we've stayed in. The owners are very pleasant and cannot do enough to please.   We stayed at lazy waves for a couple of night, The owners was great supplied information where to eat and where to visit. Breakfast was excellent and nice and fresh dining area is very cosy. If we come back to visit Newquay we would stay here.   We loved our stay at Tor View! Lisa and James were excellent hosts and we felt very welcome staying with them. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything you could have wanted. The range of choice for breakfast was brilliant and everything is fresh and local.   Our host and hostess, Russell and Hazel, were terrific - two of the nicest, friendliest, most outgoing, helpful people imaginable, willing to go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable, easy, stress-free. The B&B itself is clean and comfortable, our room was spacious and sunny -- it was a great three-night stay. Would have preferred ensuite but took the option with private separate bathroom as price appropriate. The Pendennis was extremely clean,comfortable and the proprietors very friendly. They were full of local information and catered for every individual preference in terms of food and drink. Food was excellent. They looked at options to prevent waste and were very organised-list to mark for breakfast the next day.

The place has just been done up and everything is nice and new and modern. Even though we had checked out at 11am, the staff let us come back to shower after surfing. This made a massive difference to our day and travel home. The breakfast was also nice. There was free WiFi and it had a couple of pool tables which kept us entertained whilst enjoying a pint at the end of the long day surfing.

Breakfasts are superb, using locally sourced ingredients, and including fresh fruits and homemade yoghurt. Great central location for exploring countryside and coast. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Helstone House, and would certainly stay there again. - Everything - very friendly & welcoming hosts. Home made yoghurt, fresh fruit, cereals, toast & choice of cooked breakfast (inc fresh fish) every day. We were offered and advised on the local places of interest, which was very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay and would not hesitate to recommend Helstone House to others.

  My girlfriend and I had a superb 3 night day despite the poor weather! Glen the owner made us feel most welcome and he also cooks a fantastic breakfast! The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I have to say I find it hard to pick a fault with this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. All in all a great place to stay. - glen the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. the breakfast was excellent from a full English with cereal and toast to any combination, nothing was too much trouble. our room was a small double with an en-suite, it was adequate for our needs.
