  The skill of the staff was immediately apparent as we arrived and our suitcases were quickly delivered to our room without fuss whilst we checked in. Unobtrusive yet always there is the hallmark here and we were waited on with charm and humour throughout our stay. Food is also outstanding so it's hard to imagi - The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and courteous during our stay. From the moment we entered the hotel they treated us like very special guests on a very special occasion. On top of the excellent accommodation (we had a seaside view superior room) the food was also delicious, presented in a very elegant and sophisticated way. Thank you All!

  Hotelbesitzer Andrew war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das Frühstück war reichlich, frisch und individuell zubereitet. Have been for lunch/dinner several times now and loved every meal. The new owner is very friendly and so are the staff. I highly recommend a visit and they have a very reasonable New Years Eve party this year including buffet and live jazz band for £15! - very welcoming on arrival and during our stay. new owner andy was keen to receive feedback he has plans for the premises only being in residence for 3 weeks. we enjoyed our stay - the food in the evening was very good, as was the breakfast in the morning with excellent choice

  This hotel is a little gem. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and well- equipped. The restaurant was excellent and the lounges welcoming. But it's the staff that makes this place special. They couldn't have done more for us.
