  The Hotel is within walking distance of the centre of the town, but far enough out to be quiet. I enjoyed my first stay there so much, Ive revisited 3 years in a row. Although I havent made use of all the facilities, they do have their own laundry, indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Ive always found the staff polite, friendly and helpful. - Nice ... was die leute sagen » hotel in a fabulous position ,2 great beaches and the town a strole away. Friendly reception, free parking,had room 119 a twin with sea view to front and side , spacious well decorated with modern bathroom for £71 and a full English thrown in , me im not complaining. CHEERS KILBERNIE FOR A GREAT STAY !

  I was bowled over by the friendliness and team-spirited nature of ALL of the staff I met - and also by their constant willingness to assist. Moreover, everyone was particularly welcoming to my two children (boys aged 14 and 11); which always makes a real difference to the holiday experience. I came away with the impression that everyone I encounte... was die leute sagen » red seemed to be genuinely happy working at Hotel California and this contributed greatly to a pleasant and laid-back ambience. All in all, I wished I - I originally picked the Hotel California because I liked the name, wanted to stay in Newquay and the price is a good value. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Interiors are beautiful. The dining room had lots of windows, so you can enjoy the scenery while dining. Beautiful view of the bay from the outside deck. The outdoor pool looked inviting, but the temperature was little to cool for me to try it. If I get a chance to go back to the U.K., I will definitely stay at the Hotel California

  Excellent country hotel, really friendly staff, would definitely stay there again, lovely part of the word too...beautiful coastline. - The hotel ownwe was exceptionally welcoming and prepared a wonderful breakfast.

  When you drive into Greenacres you get an great feeling about the place straight away, it looks so lovely, then you open the cottage door and everything is just perfect, clean, everything you need for self catering. The bedding and towels are also very clean (this is always something i worry about when staying way). The indoor pool is a bonus. In v good decorative order and nicely furnished. Added bonus of a shared swimming pool, hot tub and log fire. Location was excellent, with lovely views over quiet countryside, but within easy reach of shops and restaurants in Lostwithiel.
