The bedrooms are nicely decorated and overall there is a very relaxed atmosphere. Lovely garden too.

Downstairs - I came to Penrith for a last minute festival participation and found Norcroft through this site. It is much better value than similar establishments, great breakfasts are made to order each morning and owner Paul bends over backwards to accommodate, he is truly a class act. (He will drive you wherever you need to go if he is available and at a much better rate than the local taxis.) The place is just off the downtown core and is spotless with nice modern bathrooms. I truly lucked out with this
