  The cottage was stunning, views were amazing, very close to Llangollen, clean, well equipped and great value for money. Me and the Mrs went to watch the downhill race, was perfect for it. - The views were fantastic, cottage was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Close enough to the village but far enough away, and fantastic surroundings!

  The hotel was described in it's brochure as 'Luxury on the River Dee'...and it certainly was that! Our room was large, clean and had a balcony with fantastic views overlooking the river. I would definitely recommend booking one of the VIP rooms for the extra £20 or so. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful and ... was die leute sagen » I will definitely be coming back! - Family run, extremely nice but not pretentious, rooms very comfortable, the food was excellent, there was a good choice available and portion size was good. Would highly recommend.

  Very good value for money. Lovely flowers and chocs in room on arrival, food was excellent (our compliments to the chef and staff) and a lovely location.
