Service was efficient and friendly. Staff at Premier Inn were extremely
helpful It was freezing cold when we visited and without us having to
ask they offered additional heating for our room. We didn't need it
as the room was fine. Breakfast very good choice and staff happy to
offer freshly cooked eggs and porridge.

- Very helpful and friendly staff. They answered all the questions patiently and explained very clear about whare to go and what to do in a day, especially, night staff that even offered to walk me to the car park at night. This what I call 'Extra miles service' - very happy!

Hotel was great. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. Felt very secure and staff really friendly and helpful.
Location is great and easy to park in various locations very near by.
Would stay here again especially as the rate was fantastic.

Location near the Manchester Piccadily train station, about 5 min by foot. I would recomend this hotel for the people who have a flight from Manchester airport, train goes about 20 minutes to airport. This is the third times when we stay at Premier inn's hotels, no matter in which city you want to stay at Premier Inn Hotel London, Manchester and so on always comfortable rooms with tea and coffe set, hairdryer and air condition, clean bathrooms.
Breakfast was really nice!

It was in a very good location and in walking distance to Manchester Central Convention Center. It took 5 minutes to go there. Taxis, public busses, trams were all available depending where I wanted to go. There were many places to have a meal around the hotel. Piccadily area and station were not far away. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I slept very well for the 5 nights of accomodation. Almost no noise at all. The personel was kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice.

The location was very central and everything was within walking distance. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. There are a number of extra touches which show that this chain thinks about its customers very carefully. I stayed in Le Ville Hotel for just one night and totally worth it for the price I paid and the location of the hotel. The room was very clean and cosy, a bit small if you're thinking of staying there more than one or 2 days (I stayed in a Small Double). En-suite bathroom was quite big and luxurious.
Room was supplied with a lot of toiletries, coffee, muffins, etc.
In resume, great hotel, great location, and friendly staff.
Would definitely stay there again!
