The staff were really nice, friendly and very helpful and the butlers well they could not do enough for you. There were no tea making facilities in the room however you just had to request a drink and the butlers brought a freshly made drink to your room, all complimentary and all very lovely. The rooms are amazing with some great touches and are great to relax in if travelling on business or leisure. The location is brilliant. The staff were brilliant and so attentive allowing us to check in early and assigning us to a fab room. The room was spacious bright and colourful with lots of lovely added extras including free movies,mini bar drinks, robes and slippers.
