  Excellent service/staff, the way they walk you up to your rooms makes you feel very welcome. Rooms were gorgeous. Complimentary welcome tray is a lovely personal luxe touch. REN toiletries. My huge double bath was amazing- I had the best bath in my whole life there :) Food in the restaurant was delicious, ate lunch there.   Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel war Service nicht gut genug. Keine Proaktivität, guter Service, aber mehr in Richtung 3 Sterne - Loved the spa, the building itself is very nice, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. - Will stay here again, lovely hotel, very central, lovely staff, well worth every penny or cent!!!
