  Everything! Absolutely fab, cannot praise this hotel highly enough. Suite was a small appartment, we could happily have moved in. It's on the edge of the Old Town but just off the main drag, and it was actually ve - I loved the fact that everything was brand new, very clean and it also had a kitchenette (toaster, microwave, dishwasher etc). It is located in a nice area (new residential developments, offices) and just across the road is University of Edinburgh. It is 20 minutes away from the main tourist attractions (the Castle, Whiskey Museum, Princess Street). There is a parking near by (literally the building close to the hotel).   We stayed at Simpson Loan two bedroom apartment! The apartment was fantastic! We loved it so much that we booked with vip apartments for our next stay again! Marc is the best, he really takes care of the guests. I am sure if there is any issue he would do his best to help out! Very good service!
