  The hotel was clean and tidy and staff on arrival were friendly enough. The bar area was nice and relaxed with drinks being reasonably priced. Although some of the guests at 1am were rowdy even though we were still drinking in the lounge area it made it uncomfortable that they we're bring like this and not asked to be quieter especially when there... was die leute sagen » were a few little children staying in the hotel. The room was clean and tidy and we had a sea view although that's not that important as we did not s - The hotel was spotlessly clean and the furnishings and beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and very good value for money. The lounge area was lovely and the furnishings were modern and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful when approached, especially the barman. The hotel is in a very central position on the promenade so it was an ideal base to explore Blackpool and the surrounding area.

So many choices of accommodation, however traveling alone I wanted to be in a very central hotel offering an atmosphere that wouldn't be daunting whilst being on my own. We were also offered a discount if we stay with them for another trip in the future, which is much appreciated. The location of the hotel was excellent - right opposite the beach and a short walk from the central pier. A lovel - Owner was very polite and charming, welcomed us in and made the checking in procedure easy. Rooms were lovely, small but very cosy and when all your wanting is a bed for the night it's perfect! Right in the middle of the promenade so perfect location with everything in short walking distance. Would highly recommend the hotel!!

  We liked the location of the hotel. It was easily accessible from the tram and close to shops and other amenities. Even though they were in the middle of renovation, we were given a ground floor room, and not inconvenienced. - Been to this hotel before, and will definatley use again. Comfort was excellent, food was brilliant, table served and a different menu every day with a choice of 5 starters, main courses and deserts.
