  Fantastic stay. on arrival we had been upgraded to one of the two bed luxury apartment, the booking agent had also taken into consideration the request for the quiet room which i was extremely grateful of. All necessary details about arrival plus - I really cannot fault the apartment or locality it really was spot on for our needs. In particular, we bumped into the maintenance guy on the way in and he showed us where everything was and then the following day we wanted to store our luggage as we came on the train and one telephone call to yourselves and we left our luggage with the maintenance guy and came and collected later in the day. You went the extra mile to accommodate us and would highly recommend to anyone who is wishing to stay

  We stayed at the Balmont for my sisters 50th with 6 other ladies, we had an excellent time, the guest house was lovely, very close to the town only a few minutes walk.The staff where very friendly the breakfast was beautiful. I would definalty recommend the Balmont to anyone and when I got back to Harrogate the Balmont will be on my list of places... was die leute sagen » to stay. - Very nice guest house and very courteous owners couple. Stayed in two rounds and the first room I had was a small single room, and was adequate for me. The second time, at my returned trip, I received a very nice double room on the third floor. Good breakfast nothing was missing on the plate.

We had a top floor room overlooking the trees and it was peaceful and relaxing, very clean and comfortable, recently redecorated and with outstanding quality of linen. A lovely visit to a very interesting and very green city. To be recommended. - We found the owner of the B and B very friendly and helpful and very aware of the needs of elderly people. The breakfast was very good and it was helpful to be presented with tickets which allowed us to park free in front of the B and B. It was also very useful to have so many good restaurants within easy reach. We also appreciated the way it was arranged that we should have help over transporting our luggage to our room.
