Frühstück war vorragend - The staff were very helpful the room was clean and well appointed it was in need of some decoration but overall that wasn;t a problem. I used the beauty therapy and was very pleased my husband used the spa faciliries and he enjoyed that. The food was excellent and well presented - The location in Harrogate was fantastic.

Loved the fact that we were a two minute walk from the shops and near restaurants for the evening. Excellent value for money and a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Much nicer than your run of the mill holiday inn or travel lodge where they are all the same! Also liked that you had a bar connected so we could have a drink late evening.

Room was slightly on the small side but was bright, nicely decorated & nipping clean, the bed was very comfy, shower was great & my wife loved the complimentary biscuits. Girl on reception was really friendly & efficient. Did not dine there but has a few drinks in the fat badger bar which we enjoyed. The price of the room was excellent @ £59 for a double. Would deffo stay again

We decided on Arden House after reading other reviews on letsbookhotel.com. We were not disappointed. Beverley was a lovely friendly host and gave us all relevant information when we arrived to make our stay most enjoyable. We could not fault the room, food or the other people who were staying there as we made us of the excellent honesty bar after we returned from our nights out in Harrogate. A lovely and enjoyable experience all round.

Angenehme Athmosphäre, freundliche Bedienung - On arrival we were offered a free upgrade to a suite which was beautiful. It's close enough to the centre and the surroundings of the hotel are lovely. The Majestic is a wonderful Edwardian Hotel that is run very efficiently by an enthusiastic staff. The standard of decoration is very high and we loved all the original marble and other features. It was convenient for the two places we wanted to visit. We felt that whilst the hotel was basic the receptionist and the catering staff were first class and made our brief visit a good experience. Breakfast was good! -
