The room was fitted out really well and to a high standard, e.g. a memory foam mattress and a really solid, classy bathroom with a super shower that pleased the American boyfriend who's always amazed at our piddly English offerings...in this case he got 2 shower heads at full force! Taxi fares back were £6-7ish but Catherine and Jamie seeme - A wonderful home away from home. A very neat place, Jamie and Catherine are the most friendly hosts I have ever met. Offered me a lift into town, my room was beautiful with a beautiful view of the city of Bath from the verandah. My breakfast was cooked to my needs. I will definitely stay here again and again. The extremely friendly owners run the hotel by creating a very warm and welcoming athmosphere. The rooms are nicely designed, absolutely clean and offer loads of space and storing facilities. The place is situated in - The location so close to the city centre. Wonderful choice of teas & filter coffees accompanied breakfast each morning. As well as a choice of three different fresh fruit juices. The staff were always on hand to assist with advice about where to go & what to do. Overall I would highly recommend staying at the Kennard & I look forwar
