  The staff were very welcoming and we were made to feel at home. The location was perfect for our requirements. we would definately use this hotel again on our next visit. It was perfect as a base for visiting son at uni. It's clean and breakfast was simple and easy to make. The bed my son and I slept in was comfortable and the rooms were warm. It's in a good location for the beach and resturants. Plenty of parking just down the road if you can't get a space outside

The hotel is located 5 mins walk away from the boscombe town center and about 10 mins from the sea. we were offered tea on arrival and the breakfast next morning was great. Would highly recommend this hotel - The owners are amazing people. Although I had a reservation for a single room, I stayed in a double one. I needed a plug adapter and I was immediately offered one, while some other colleagues I was with in Bournemouth for a conference and who were accommodated in fancier hotels had to go downtown and buy one. Extremely good value!

The Deb Team enjoyed their stay and praised everything from; how spottlessly clean the hotel and rooms were, the extremely friendly service we received during our stay and the quality of the breakfast. Having said that we certainly return again as our stay at the Blue Palms was most enjoyable.

We didn't make breakfast on the first morning but were given a voucher to have breakfast at the local pub which we thought was a great idea!
