The staff were very welcoming and we were made to feel at home. The location was perfect for our requirements. we would definately use this hotel again on our next visit. It was perfect as a base for visiting son at uni. We look forward to going back and seeing the new decor. -

You get what you pay for at the boscombe reef
Super friendly staff very helpful and willing to help. It's clean and breakfast was simple and easy to make. The bed my son and I slept in was comfortable and the rooms were warm. It's in a good location for the beach and resturants. Plenty of parking just down the road if you can't get a space outside

Excellent service. We went for the first time and enjoyed Bournemouth. The hotel is located 5 mins walk away from the boscombe town center and about 10 mins from the sea. we were offered tea on arrival and the breakfast next morning was great. Excellent value for money. -

The owners are amazing people. Although I had a reservation for a single room, I stayed in a double one. I needed a plug adapter and I was immediately offered one, while some other colleagues I was with in Bournemouth for a conference and who were accommodated in fancier hotels had to go downtown and buy one. Extremely good value!

Having said that we certainly return again as our stay at the Blue Palms was most enjoyable.
