  The view from the villas was lovely and the infinity pool was amazing (and usually deserted). The elevator to take you up and down the hillside was an adventure in itself and not too much of a pain (as you have to wait five minutes at the bottom if you call it when it is at the top).   I stayed for three nights and liked it very much. In combination with the price of 30e/night, I'm even giving it 5 stars (though for that money, naturally you're not getting one of the "private pool" suites but their smallest, still very comfortable double room.) It can happen that you get a room in one of the buildings up the steep mountain slope... was die leute sagen » though (I diddn't). The upside is a great view, the downside is: stairs. I think it would be a small, but valuable improvement if the hotel manager s - Staff is really helpful and frienly. Hotel is located on a very beautiful and quiet beach, it´s almost like a paradise! Special thanks of the birthdaycake and sparkling wine at the breakfast on 3.10.2013! =) The villa(number 5) with pool and seawiev is great! We had a great week in this resort and we really recommend this hotel to everybody!

  This is our second time at lime and soda, the food is great, staff were very friendly and helpful, location is nice and quiet the beach isent the best but this is NOT the resorts fault, we went for a swim joining lots of other people and had no problems. The swimming pool at times had a few bugs in we did see staff cleaning the pool so it does ge... was die leute sagen » t cleaned. Overall very satisfactory stay. - We liked everything about Lime n' Soda! We only left because we found a house to rent as we are on a month's fact-finding mission, travelling around the island to see if Phangan is the place for our retirement home. And we believe it is! We want to promote Lime n' Soda to our friends in Hong Kong.

  Our room was big and clean and very comfortable. At our arrival at Koh Phangan pier there was the hotel shuttle bas waiting for us without we requested it and it was a good surprise. The position of the hotel is outstanting, between two of the most beautiful beaches of the island. Bungalows are stunning with great views and sometimes made with the big rocks inside for example the bathroom. Lovely funny tuktuks to bring you to your room. We booked for 2 nights en stayed 8 nights!

  Staff are friendly and super helpful! My friend and I stayed here for just one night before the Full Moon Party and the hotel offer a taxi service (350Baht return pp) to get there. Took about 20 mins and they always have someone waiting for anyone wanting to return (I though this was a great idea so you dont have to wait around if your wanting to ... was die leute sagen » leave) The hotel is located right next to the beach so ideal for relaxing. plenty of restaurants and bars on the beach - The surrounding area was fabulous, perfect for couples as you literally did not have to move from the resort with a supermarket,beach,restaurants and bars. Staff were brilliantly helpful and they picked us up from the pier for 120bht per person. Would definitely stay again, it was clean and romantic, but if your wanting to venture off around the island definitely rent a motorbike !

  Everything about his hotel was great, couldn't have asked for better service from the friendly staff. Really enjoyed our stay here during the Full Moon Party and the location was perfect. The hotel was clean and we never had any d - The staff was very friendly and helpfull. It is placed in the middle of sunrise beach, very nice place during the day (white and slim sand, nice water but no interest for snorkeling) and the night where full moon parties take place once a month but the rest of the days there are restaurants and clubs to hang out.

This hotel had the wow factor, the room was lovely and comfortable, love the outdoor shower and indoor one, sunken HUGE bath tub.   Have stayed all over the world in high end hotels and I've never had such a friendly staff. My friends and I have not left the compound during the day because we enjoy being on the hotel's beaches and conversing with the staff. I only wish we had planned to stay here longer. I know this all sounds too good to be true, but I'm in my room right now and felt compelle - We decided to treat ourselves to a 4 night stay at milky bay and we were not disappointed - mainly because we got a free upgrade to a studio suite so we really did get good value for our money! We got a free pick from the ferry port which was great, staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome, nice swimming pool, beach and restaurant (we loved the free breakfasts in the morning!). If you are in koh phangan for a full or half moon party the hotel organize taxi transfers there at a low cost

No children - Really I plus for - High quality, beautifully built on a beautiful location with a great view. We had a bungalow down at the pool and beach with a private pool. Service was excellent. Loads of really nice restuarants on the beach. 200 THB taxi to Full Moon Party pp which was awesome. A great stay and awesome views.
