I can say it s the best place in koh phangan !! staff are fantastic ! helpful , respectful , and very kind ( the receptionist call M was the best !! and leek the barman ) no to far from the heart of the village but rent a scooter ! Lovely location away from the hustle and bustle of Haad Rin. Shuttle service was available but it was no more than a 10 minute walk to the centre. Only a handful of resorts on the small bay meant the beach was quiet and chilled. No passing traffic so it was quiet all the time. Good buffet breakfast. Tokay geckos calling at night were brilliant.
The resort on a whole was lovely. Our bungalow was up a few steps but this meant privacy and peace. I would definitely return to here.

The surrounding area was fabulous, perfect for couples as you literally did not have to move from the resort with a supermarket,beach,restaurants and bars. Staff were brilliantly helpful and they picked us up from the pier for 120bht per person. Would definitely stay again, it was clean and romantic, but if your wanting to venture off around the island definitely rent a motorbike !
