  Had stayed there two weeks prior, and booked again family room as hotel offers great value for money. Great location, great facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with enough variety. We paid only 50€ for a double room, which is really good for such a central location in Bangkok, far from the noisy Khao San road. The hotel is very calm and has a very nice swimming pool.   Stayed with husband and daughter 13 years for 2 nights. The hotel is good for those who want to see the historical sights. Very nice hotel location. The boat, which serves as a public transport for 15 baht per person can gain access to the city center. And these trips are replaced by a tour of the canals. And there is a pier. From the - I stayed at Erawan House twice during this trip to Thailand. The important aspects for me are - location, quietness and security, then staff and cleanliness. Erawan House was excellent in all aspects. Location: excellent - very quite and within easy walking distance to anywhere around the Khao San Road area. Security: felt as though my belongings and myself were safe all the times. Staff: were lovely; very helpful (eg: made phone calls for us), friendly and fun. I would definitely stay again

Contrary to other reviews, reception staff were very busy but were always helpful and polite to us. Very efficient.
