  rooms are very clean and spacious, but the best part is.. the rooftop swim-up bar was awesome! upon arrival, the hotel upgraded us to a jacuzzi room even though we only booked a regular deluxe room, they also went on to surprise me with a birthday cake as it was my birthday, which was a very nice gesture. it feels like a 4 star hotel with a person... was die leute sagen » al touch, and a 2 star price tag. i would definitely stay here again. - it was was a very nice holiday at Tims Hotel, very very nice hotel and great staff. I even forget some of things when I left for Bangkok, but they brought it to me for free, excellent service.

  The LK Empress was quiet, clean and the staff were professional and courteous. They even let me check in early, (at 8.45am), instead of the normal time of 12:00pm, seeing my flight arrived in BKK at 05.30am. My dealings with the staff were always good.The rooms were spacious, and cleaned daily. Breakfast was supplied and there was plenty of choice... was die leute sagen » for everyone. Staff and lovely, rooms are clean, big and all you need I have stayed in delux hotels and this is nearly on parr. Breakfast is good but cold. Pool is small but enough and its very clean. Great location near all but yet very quite once inside. We are looking to go again in august we had such a great time. we stayed in the sudios they are lovely.
