  I arrived at Bay View Resort, with a taxi from the airport, which had been organized by the hotel, and was instantly greeted and settled in by the lovely owners.   My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. The hotel is located 2 mins from Bangla road so youre close but dont have all the noise at night. And 5 minutes walk to patong beach. The staff was always friendly and the rooms were properly cleaned every morning. They also provide beach towels which was great! Nothing was too much trouble, arranging transport to phi phi and airport. Great location , nightlife on your doorstep, hotel set back from main drag so a peaceful nights sleep was had, rooms cleaned everyday. Nothing to fault. Would definately stay again and recommend it to anyone.

  The Salathai Resort was beautiful - the Staff were so friendly & accomodating, in fact they really couldnt do enough for you! All the staff were very efficient & the hotel is kept very clean. The prices in th - My partner and I booked a Superior Double or Twin Room but were upgraded to a suite as the rooms were booked out =D. It was easy to organise airport transfers, the staff were lovely and helpful, buffet breakfast had a wide variety and was decent, the resort pool was fantastic where you could order delicious fruity drinks for 70baht, free mini-bar is always a treat and the maids were great.   We loved the swimming pools and pool bar. Also there is a lot of palms and other greenery around and it is very tropical looking. Also we had a great welcome and our room was decorated with rose pedals. The resort is very clean. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety of food. We believe it would be an ideal location for young children and families and will hopefully return with ours!
