  The staff were extremely helpful, the little bus service to and from your accommodation was great given it is built on a hillside.   Very friendly staff. Great views as the location is on a mountain top. Staff was amazingly friendly as it was a family run business.   Our room in this massive hotel was very comfortable and clean. We chose a family room - an L shaped room with 2 double beds plus a couch and kitchen area. The hotel has multiple pool areas with numerous comfortable pool loungers. The breakfast buffet was extensive and of good quality.
