Sehr schönes kleines Boutique-Hotel mit leckerem Frühstück abseits vom Touristenrummel ruhig am Hang gelegen. - Das Hotel verfügt über einen netten atmosphärischen Charakter, der unterstützt wird durch die umfangreiche Bepflanzung und die nette Badgestaltung. If you are looking for night life, location, relaxation this is the hotel for you. As others have commented 3 minute walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon shopping centre, helpful and friendly staff as well as a roof top pool with amazing views. every thing out front of hotel ( 24hr family marts, food stalls, currency exchange, taxi ) highly recommend staying here.

The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. The hotel's
location is superb - it is in the middle of all the happenings, yet it
has its own secluded compounds and is quiet in the midst of all the
busyness and noise around it. It is very convenient for us to just walk
a short distance to the Bangla Road or Patong Beach, and retreat to the
serenity of the hotel within minutes. The service of the hotel tour
operators in the hotel is superb. Everything is just perfect!

Very nice staff.Staff were amazing with kids. Very clean rooms. Window between bedroom-bathroom was good as you could watch kids bathing.Comfy Beds. Good pool chairs/loungers. I asked for fried rice&boiled eggs for breakfast and they did it for me.Hotel only 5 min walk to mall. -

i bue 10 te-spoone and have them in my sootcase, but someone took it from my sootcase, same with coffy i by in store they took. not god and i just see this hven i come home. tv was not good all week, ask 3 times if they can fix it but they didnt do it.

The staff could not have been more helpful, they gave us the choice of rooms, umbrellas when it unfortunately rained, and a free key ring as we stayed in the first week of it opening. The hotel is very clean and modern and if we ever return to Patong we would stay again. -
