The staffs are friendly and attentive to all our request and needs. A quite and peaceful environment for a night stay. The designs are modern, clean and new facilities. They even provide cool drinking water at the lobby for us to drink each time we came back to the hotel after a day trip. Conveniently located next to a 24hrs convenient store and easy access to restaurant nearby. Poppa Palace provides a great service for the price you pay. All of the staff were fantastic and the bar man even suggested we go to the night market in Phuket Town which we thought was fantastic. He was also very friendly and chatted to us a lot as did the waitress. Our rooms were lovely and clean and maintained daily. There was quite a large selection for breakfast which I found surprising given the price of our stay. We were happy to follow all of the hotels rules and request as it makes

And the best thing about the hotel is the location, its located perfectly at the centre of Patong and its hidden inside a small alley which is only a 10m walk in. We travelled with a group of 16.Stayed for 5 nights.We arrived late night but were attended swiftly and its a service with smile throughout our stay.bell boys were so helpfull with our luggage checking in and checking out.the pool was clean and nice.our rooms with balcony were facing the pool.room size were nice and clean and so is the bathroom. housekeeping was daily and will be given 2 water bottles daily for free.we can ask the front desk for beach towels for free.tip the bellboys at the lob

Great place to stay we booked grand deluxe bungalow but when we arrived
was not available for 2 nights do they put us in deluxe which was lovely
we would of been happy to drat there but then we moved to grand deluxe
again lovely room clean comfy beds very nice helpful staff gorgeous pool
and always very quiet we t a you d couple who love paying but great to
stay a bit out of it and they offer a free shuttle bus to the beach or
shopping centre but only 5 minutes away anyway!! Breakfast was nice
