The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff also very friendly and most of them understand English so communications is not a problem. The only losing factor they have is the distance to the shopping area. Have to walk quite a long way out in order to get there, so more frequent shuttle trips will be great. -

Location first I booked for three night and start to extend till more than ten nights at same Hotel I wouldn't like to go back home really I missed the lovely stay at this hotel -

ist sehr gemütlich wenn man nach einem langen Flug in Bangkok ankommt, man ist nicht ganz im Zentrum Bangkoks und daher vom Flughafen leicht zu erreichen, Frühstück war nicht inklusive, das ist wegen Jetlags eigentlich praktisch. - Near shopping place and more comfort for travel. - Good hotel next to the Subway

My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too.
Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station.
Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.
