We were a couple, staying in a windowless room, but experienced no problem - The hotel is new. Rooms are well furnished, large and very clean. Breakfast is rich, with many coiches, both western and thai, and breakfast room has a nice view from the 12th floor. Wifi is good. Position is perfect, near central station and chinatown, with restaurants and supermarket close to the hotel. English speaking staff is very kind and will help you with anything.

We could wait for half a hour and then we could go to our room. That was really nice because we had spent 18 hours to go from Amsterdam to Bangkok. It was a nice, clean room with a seperate bar/kitchen. We had some problem to find the hotel, but is is a short walk (5-10 minutes) from the sky train station.

  Great little place. Good value for money. The owner is really nice and helpful answering questions and making sure you have a great stay. Will absolutely come here again!

Communication is very inconvenient. If you like tennis, they have 3 great tennis courts that can be reserved before 4pm. The huge buffet breakfast, the pool on the 11th floor with a stunning view over the city skyline, etc. We highly recommend this hotel!

At the same time the hotel is located on the side street right besides a night market with many tasty food and drink options. Especially when you have a child and don't want to walk far away for dinner.

Good breakfast with enough variety.   The location is good - just across the bridge from the BTS station (Saphon Taksin) and the boat ferry stop (Central Pier or Sathorn). Good range of breakfast food. Whilst you can find better food outside in the evening, the food in the restaurant is not bad. The rooms are more than adequate - enormous double bed and good shower. It's really near the pier to take the river taxi across. Plenty of eateries just outside the hotel. 7 eleven 5mins walk from the hotel.
