the deluxe suite was spacious and comfortable, staff very pleasant, location was central. the bar downstairs was excellent even though it was on the main road it felt like an oasis away from the noise of the road and had a very nice ambience and was a good meeting point for friends. -

It is literally around the corner from the busy Asoke intersection, but the hotel is located in a quiet subsoi of Sukhumvit Soi 18.
The staff of this hotel is excellent. Staying here is like coming home.

It is a Luxury 5 Star Hotel but there is no Beach, I would have trouble finding a back packer... It is close to the shops, and although I did not get a chance to experience the Spa/Relaxation faciitiees I have no doubt they would be up to par - Show me nature and wild life in that region of yhe city and I will be impressed....

The staff has clearly been trained and motivated to be as welcoming as possible, and it showed. They were friendly, efficient and unfailingly helpful.
The room was large, modern, clean and everything worked well.
The Terminal 21 shopping mall beneath the hotel had plenty of stores and a food court.
As everyone knows, traffic on Sukumvit Road can be a nightmare, but this hotel's location is fabulous for getting ground Bangkok without sitting in traffic -- it is at the junction of the Skytrain

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, we stayed for three nights. Our room was located on the 12th floor, the view was unimpressive, building construction. We payed for the club level and were a little disappointed with the view from the room.

- Easy to access the BTS sky train as it was planted between Asoke and Nana stations (2 min walk)
- Relatively quiet hotel despite the busyness of the city
- 7-11 store next door on right in case of late night snacking
- Exchange is next door on left so good rates on foreign exchange. Hotel then breaks down currency in smaller bills
- Staff are nice, friendly and very accommodating
- Rooms are clean, spacious and offer great amenities
- Food was great and the juices are freshly squeezed

I review hotels and the service industry for a living, but Lohas weren't to know that. The hotel is well run, the staff are excellent. The rooms are large, clean and well set out, but be careful which room you pick, or, as happened to me, you'll be overlooked by apartment blocks on either side that are so close you'll be unable to open your curtains without people looking in. Riesige Zimmer in der von mir gebuchten Kategorie zu einem phantastischen Preis.Ein kleiner Nachteil ist der Weg über die Soi4 ,weil eben jeden Tag Stau auf der Sukhumvit ist. Kurzer Fußweg zum Nana Plaza , zum Biergarten und zur BTS - Haben ein Upgrade erhalten.
