  The service was fantastic, however the chalets were not top class. The dream of being on a beach front was shattered by a small chalet with nowhere to hang your clothes. the AC could only be switched on if you were in the room, which renederd our clothes being constamntly damp with humidity. The Reception staff were fantastic a,d uprated our room ... was die leute sagen » to a room with jacuzzi bath, and it was beautiful. Very happy, and a lovely hotel. - Attention to detail and little touches, such as robes, slippers, umbrellas, big beach towels and oil burner in room, as well as DVD library. The beds - so comfortable! Like the in-pool bars and deluxe villa accommodation. Pleasant staff who are helpful and smile without being over-friendly. The view from my villa - a small infinity pool and the sea!

  Beautiful, cozy place, bungalows are new, big and clean. Personnel is very nice, polite, caring and helpful. We felt like at home there. The beach is gorgeous, very close to bungalows. The hotel is away from other tourist places and the road, which makes it tranquil and ecological. The food at the hotel restaurant is really good, although it is a ... was die leute sagen » bit more expensive than for istance at White send beach restaurants. The are some more places where you can eat around the hotel at the beach. I would - A place of calm and quiet - very unlike the rest of low cost Thailand. The rooms are fantastic, and the pool area and the close access to beach make for a very relaxing stay. Easy access down the local beach to regular Thailand facilities keeps the place in touch with its surroundings and adds variety to the stay.

  This hotel was amaizing. Good location with many shops, bars and services around, but not very noisy. Hotel stuff very polite and helpfull, we were suprised. Hotel has paradise garden with beautiful trees, flowers and garden pond with water lilies surrounding the hotel, great 50 metres long swimming pool, nice beach and the sea. Reach breakfast, the best we had last years. - Great hotel and facilities. Large rooms, nice bathrooms. Overall very nice hotel. We stayed for 9 nights in october, which is still the low-season, so the hotel was only at 50% capacity or so, which meant there was plenty of space at the pool, breakfast etc... Might be a little more crowded in high season. Staff were very friendly and swiftly came to clean up a few spots they had missed when we checked in. The Breeze Spa was also really good, very relaxing.
