The building is in a good location and has a nice feel to it. Staff were very helpfull and extending our stay by one day was no problem. We were allowed a later exit as the unit was not booked for our departure date. Value for money, which could be excelent if the issues in the negative aspect could be addressed. -

We stayed in Artem's Guesthouse in mid-July 2013. A good hotel and it's well worth the money they charge. It is very well located close to the Jomtien beach and the sea which was very convenient for our kids. Spacious rooms with two big beds and a sofa was a plus. Stayed in the large room, two big beds. Had three kids with us. The room is very large, nice balcony, great shower area. Has a fridge, microwave, and a small cook top. So if one was there a few nights it would be great. Soi 4 is very convenient.

The owner and sole employee is super friendly and helpful. The hotel only consists of six rooms, one on each floor, so it's manageable for her, but I still appreciate all she did for me; ironed my clothes for a job interview the next day as well as actually giving me a ride to the interview. The room I had was on the 5th floor and there is no elevator so be forewarned, but the room I had was clean and comfortable and the Wi-Fi was actually fast with a good signal.
