  Beautiful hotel with lots of character! Staff and owner are incredibly friendly. Chiang Mai and our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Thailand. Even the British GM took the time to have a chat with us on a couple of occasions. Minor quirks were attended to instantly. My highest praise for all of them.

Proximity to the restaurants, bars , markets, wats and nightlife made the old city location ideal. A little confusion at breakfast mainly due to some staff not converscent with English but willing to please and rectify . Nice to have a
