Next day the answer was we cannot help you you can go to the police .   Upon arrival I was given a written invitation to a cocktail and canapé evening. This was extremely enjoyable with the chefs from each of the 3 restaurants delivering the dishes and explaining each canapé, culminating in the head chef speaking to us all.   The location is unbeatable. You are within walking distance of Silom and the MRT. You don't have to fight rush hour traffic. And the staff are extremely courteous and helpful, particularly with answering questions and arranging transportation from the door. The hotel kept my luggage in their store room for the week that I was away. On my return the service from the staff was excellent as always. Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station. Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.

  Amazing hotel! Staff are more than happy to help with anything at all and make you feel very welcome. My stay here was fantastic. The room was fantastic, very well looked after and clean, amazing views - we even had fresh fruit served each day of our stay. The spa, pool and gym again all fab!
