  The location is unbeatable. You are within walking distance of Silom and the MRT. You don't have to fight rush hour traffic. And the staff are extremely courteous and helpful, particularly with answering questions and arranging transportation from the door. The hotel kept my luggage in their store room for the week that I was away. On my return the service from the staff was excellent as always.   My third stay in this hotel, still love it as it is close to the BTS and airport bus station, though you need to take the shuttle to the BTS station. Good that the shuttle is frequent. I wou - The facilities of the hotel are wonderful and well-maintained. Well-appointed, large rooms with comfortable king-size bed. The free wifi is great too. Centrally located and close to BTS, which was one of the reasons why I picked the hotel. And they had tuk-tuk shuttle to drop guests off, and pick up, at BTS station. Pity I did not have the chance to use the fitness room nor the glass pool facilities. Next time.
