Magnificent atmosphere and 5 star service. We stayed in the resort 6 days in jan of 2011. All nice words about Eric and his approach to hotel service wich I red in the web before trip were true.
It is far from the beach but it doesn`t metter a lot because he offer a transfer service to beach and back for free.

We had an Ocean View Private Villa. The villa was fantastic, incredibly spacious and the infinity pool overlooking the Andaman Sea was picturesque.

- Rooms are huge! They converted a huge day-bed into a double bed for my 2 kids. Perfect for a family of 4 staying in the room!
- The SLIDE at the pool is awesome! Kids love it to bits. We probably took 2000 slides in our 5 days there!

A fantastic hotel - luxurious and laid back at the same time - in beautiful setting on a long sweeping beech with warm ocean swims. Whilst we were there we checked out the other hotels in the Luguna area and we felt this was by far the best one. The staff were absolutely wonderful - so friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble. From the moment of arrival to the minute we left, the hotel staff gave us nothing short of 5* treatment. Beautiful beach club, plenty to do and a great breakfast.

All of my pre-arrival questions and request were quickly and consideratly answered. The entire staff was extremely obliging to address any of our needs whenever we had a inquiry. The kindness and sincerity of the entire staff made our stay there very relaxing and rewarding. I will plan to stay again at the hotel on my next visit to Phuket. -

We love the place. It's very quiet and beautiful! Everything is perfect! They gave me a room with one king size bed and one queen size bed which is wonderful so that my kid can enjoy his own bed. There are quite a lot of options for the food. Not cheap, but reasonable price. My kid love the elephant "Lucky", very impressive. Next time we will definitely pick up this hotel.

We have just returned from a 2 week family holiday at the LHCR. The whole Laguna resort area is great with easy access on the free shuttle buses and ferries. There is plenty to do around the resort and lots of day trips if you're inclined. The hotel itself is good, not quite as plush as the other hotels in the resort but very good value for money.
