Hotel is located next to a hospital but not really a problem as the hotel is located within easy and short and beautiful walking distance of the downtown square.   Both the owners, Melina and her husband were very friendly, helpful and accomodating. There was some minor miscommunication on our bookings but this was quickly discussed and sorted out with no fuss. She even went the extra mile and asked if we needed more chairs for our extra guest. I would definitely pick her place if I ever go to Ljubljan - Our apartment (studio) was very well equipt and cozy. It was set up so it felt like a proper apartment, rather than a bedroom with a kitchenette added on. The owners were lovely and helpful - we arrived in the midst of a snowstorm and they had shovelled a parking space for us. There is a grocery store nearby for self catering. A highlight for us (because of a spell of bad weather) was the satelite TV with many great English channels.
