  On arrival I noticed the hotel was clean and fresh and had a lovely aromatic smell. Staff welcomed me, then helped us to get luggage from our car which was parked just down the street and showed us where their car park was. We were very please with the quality of the room which was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and directions. They also went out of their way to mail a library book and glasses that we left in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although hotel was 100 % full you would never have known it. Very quiet. Great litt - The room was very comfortable(very nice beds). Service from check in to check out was outstanding. Breakfast was very good. Kristen at the front desk was a very big help with transportation to and from the center city. All of our needs/requests were fulfilled quickly and to our liking. We were traveling with two smaller kids and the staff made this trip one to remember!

  Great location as smack bang in the middle of the old town area, by the Triple Bridge; can walk to anything. Room was basic but fine for our needs & was clean & tidy. We didn't use it but they have as self service laundry which is very rare for a ho - the staff is very welcoming and helpful. the rooms are very clean and rather big. the hotel itself is in the center of the pedestrian zone which means on one hand to get there you need to park the car and go by foot (7-10min), but on the other hand it's very close to the center of the city and to the river. there is free good signal wifi in the rooms.

Hotel is located next to a hospital but not really a problem as the hotel is located within easy and short and beautiful walking distance of the downtown square.
