The Birokrat was in a convenient location just a 15 minute bus ride to
the city center. We were very please with the quality of the room which
was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations and directions.
They also went out of their way to mail a library book and glasses that
we left in the room. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Although being situated a few kilometres out of the centre of town it was a brilliant place to stay for a few days. The room was very comfortable(very nice beds). Service from check in to check out was outstanding. Breakfast was very good. Kristen at the front desk was a very big help with transportation to and from the center city. All of our needs/requests were fulfilled quickly and to our liking. We were traveling with two smaller kids and the staff made this trip one to remember!

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited: set in a 16th century old palace, it has all the comforts of our modern world too. Without asking for it, I was upgraded, at no additional charge, to an extravagantly large suite, as lovely decorated as the common areas of the hotel. Great location, very close to the center of the old city.
This time I had a normal double room, which is already quite spacious and as comfortable as the junior suite I had before (which is even bigger and surprises with a huge, round bed).
Minibar is free of charge in all rooms:-).
Great and polite staff, natural instead of artificial, always having good ideas, and real experts of German football:-).

attractions. Hotel and Rooms where done out in old style furniture which

We really enjoyed our stay at the Vander Urbani resort. The staff were excellent and the food was delicious.
We stayed in a deluxe suite with river view and it was on the pedestrian street in a great location.
Someone met us in the nearby car park to help with our luggage and we got help going back also.
Ljubljana is such a beautiful little town, we are glad we made a stop there.
We had lunch at Valvasor which I highly recommend.
