  Friendly and easy going place - we had a private room with shared showers and toilet which were spotlessly clean. By Moscow standards very good value, and we appreciated the free secure baggage storage room. It even has a currency exchange machine with better rates than the on street exchanges. As we were travelling the next day it was essential to get our visas registered and we expected to pay - 600 rouble - The staff couldn't have been nicer. The facilities were very nice (much nicer than I expected in a hostel) and it was so well priced. Right around the corner from a huge police precinct, so it's also very safe.

Cleanliness, warmth, good front of house staff, staff went extra mile, took bags to room, changed pillow, gave info on buses to shopping area, ordered taxis. I almost believed I stayed in the US and not in Russia because the whole atmosphere was really authentical.
