I got hot water, comfort, cleanliness, great atmosphere, all rolled into one. It is definitely a place I plan to come back to next time I visit Krakow.   Without a doubt the best hostel i've ever stayed. Excellent location just in the city center. Bathrooms and rooms cleaned multiple times per day. Delicious buffet breakfast and free dinner every evening. Bar & restaurant downstairs, but most important great staff that will be more than happy to help you 24/7. The rooms and showers/toilets were clean. This hostel has the best location, on the main street of Krakow. Definitely recommend!
