  Wir kamen um 22.10 Uhr an also 10 Min nachdem die Rezeption schließt. Die junge Dame begegnete uns im Hinterhof, als sie nach Hause fahren wollte und wir unseren Wagen parken wollten. Ohne ein Anzeichen von Ungeduld oder Murren hat sie uns sehr freundlich eingecheckt ( also unbezahlte Überstunden geleistet ) .   The staff all seemed nice and friendly, although they weren’t very quick at clearing tables during breakfast. The breakfast was very nice, as was the free fruit, tea, coffee and hot chocolate throughout the day. The free WiFi was a great bonus. The hotel is in a great location for walking to the old town, - The coffee / hot chocolate free machine in the lobby - came in very handy! The hotel was very modern, ipads in reception free of use, rooms were all controlled by panel on wall. Breakfast was great, my husband really enjoyed the pancakes with nutella!!! and they had many other selections and lovely pastries as well. Location - approx 10 to 15 mins walk to main square and 15 to 20 min walk to bus or train station or you could catch a tram (once we worked out which one to catch).

  The guy that looks after the apartment was very friendly and helpful. We left an item in the apartment and he was great in communicating with us and got it back to us before we left Wroclaw :) The apartment was lovely, nicely decorated and very clean. Tea and filter coffee were provided in the kitchen and although the kitchen does not have an oven there was a 2 hob hotplate which wa - Greg the owner is a really friendly guy. There was somebody upstairs making noise one day and he came straight over and sorted it out for us. He felt very bad even though it wasn't his fault! His apartment was spotless, comfortable and in a perfect position close to the old town and a supermarket. Would recommend to budget conscious travelers that want a bit of extra comfort.

  The room was perfect with plenty of space and very well-equipped. Nice, helpful staff. Tram-lines nearby made it easy to overcome the distance to the city center - The room is very big and clean. It has hairdryier and everything you need.

  This hotel is in an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk from the main square and tourist attractions. Just around the corner is a large shopping mall ( Galeria Dominikanska ) and tram stops. The staff at this hotel are friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was very good value for money. The room was a good size with usual facilities, although there is no air condition - The Staff is is very good and helping. I had to stay a full day in the Hotel because of rainfall duringmy trip. But the hotel was so cozy and homely that It was very good to stay even in Hotel room for a long day. The location of the hotel is Superb and very near to almost all the places to visit in Wroclaw. The Breakfast is also very good, rooms are clean and time-to-time serviced. It is a great value for the money I paid for the stay.

  Great location. Good value for money when travelling with >3 people. Good option when travelling with children. The view of the square is fab. The checking in was simple and quick as was the checking out. I requested a alte check out which was granted without any hassle. The apartment manager even rang me to confirm this. The apartment itself is a little basic but still has all that is need - The girl from the reception was very friendly and efficient, the flat we stayed is charming, clean and spacious, well located in the heart of Wroclaw and close to good coffes, restaurants, bars and the historical center. And theres a parking included in the price, and everyone knows how hard is to park in the centre of town =) Was really a good experience!
