  Very clean and elegant rooms (for the price), super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good.Location is just good. Very trustworthy house-keeping (I lost a key of a rented scooter and one of the house keeping maids kept it with her for a safe keeping until I reported to the reception, and the bell boy was looking with me, then the house... was die leute sagen » - keeping maid told him: she found it and it's with her) I rewarded her with some cash for her honesty. - The hotel staffs were very accommodating with our requests. Conveniently located close to the Kuah Jetty. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. I accidentally left my external hard disk in the hotel and the staff/housekeeping were very responsive when I called and explained my dilemma. They managed to locate the device and have it shipped back to me almost immediately.

  we spent 4 days 3 nights at Langkawi and stayed at Senari Bay. It's a family run business, and they are very friendly and helpful, which made the stay a pleasant one. In front of the resort, there's a quiet beach; if you are not satisfied with that, the main Langkawi beach is around 10min walk from Senari Bay. Overall, we recommend Senari Bay! - The lovely family at Senari Bay could not have been more friendly and welcoming. What a delight after a 5 hour delay to arrive to those lovely smiles! The place is simple and charming; its strength is the quietness and separation from busy Pantai Cenang - though only a 10 minute walk away. Don't expect luxury, do expect tranquility.

  Very nice view from the balacony. The room is clean and well orgnized. Facilities of the hotel are great , swimming pool is excellent , the bar and resturant with sea front view is very romantic and nice to spend the evenings there. Overall I would recommend the hotel. The hotel is actully at the edge of the island the view is amazing and is close... was die leute sagen » to the samll shopping areas , dinner cruise trip and so on. It's nice place to stay for 3 nights or to be station for trips with reasonable price. No - Location is excellent. The road ends at the gate of this hotel, as if the hotel is an empire by itself. It has a lovely port where you can dine infront of it. I liked the room series 4000 and 5000 because 1000, 2000, and 3000 series rooms have a weird carpet smell in their corridor. The hotel is 15 min from airport, 5 minutes from the market, and 2 minutes away from the best beach activities.

  The room was compact and clean. My room was facing the carpark and had a balcony but the sliding door couldnt be opened. Maybe it is intended as so. But not a problem for me however. There's free wi-fi which was working fine and water dispenser (hot and cold) outside the rooms along the hallway. The rooms are brightly lit and well decor and its pi... was die leute sagen » nk. So of course I loved it. There's a hairdryer in the room as well as safety deposit box. The tv channels had all the important channels (sports cha - I had spent the previous two nights at the Sheraton Imperial in KL and was a bit concerned about the transition from luxury to budget. I neednt have been. The staff were great and very helpful. Room and hotel were clean and modern. Breakfast was ok...come on guys this is a budget hotel no-one should be expecting gourmet food.
