  My husband and I spent 5 days at the Datai. I've stayed in many hotels over the years but I can honestly say, that I enjoyed my stay at the Datai more than any other hotel I've ever stayed in. I felt a sense of peace being close to nature and the sea. All the staff were wonderful and couldnt do enough to make our stay comfortable. At full moon the staff spent all day setting up tables and chairs on the beach and in the eve - beautiful and spacious rooms with great service, food was pricy but then again it is a 5 star so u got to pay the price i guess. we felt pampered , loved our stay.. hats off to the management and staff ...

  The most important thing I have noticed aside from the beautiful nature, is the friendly staff. From the moment we reach the airport and a young smiley man called Azmil as far as I remember who gave us a gray information about what to Do, and once we reached the resort we have been met by another very smiley and friendly Angung who took us to make... was die leute sagen » the check in from the jetty to the reception , and found a great room facing the sea and a room with well prepared cake for our anniversary . And I c - It was a great experiance at the TAJ - Rebak Island resort from the time of check -in to our check-out- every thing was taken care so well, the staff at TAJ is amazing and so Hospitable, especially their Guest service Relations Executive MS. Pantea Rodd who took care of me and my family requets.. would highly recommend this property and would love to come back and stay @ TAJ Rebak Island Resort !!!

  We liked everything! This is an amazing place to stay, and thoroughly relaxing. Each 'room' is a little house on stilts with its own balcony. Each one is unique. We liked having the very friendly cats around, Scrabble to play and a pool to swim in. Breakfast in your fridge makes for an extra relaxing stay (no schedule to stick to). If we ever - -My daughter cried when we left! We loved this visit to Langkawi. the Bon Ton was absolutely gorgeous with every attention to detail. I loved the room with the outside bath, my daughter loved the cats and helped out in the mornings at the animal sanctuary near by. The view over the water hole was particularly beautiful at sunset, and in the morning there were monitor lizards and kingfishers. The free cocktails and snacks were a lovely touch and the staff were most happy to accomodate my request

To be honest, the room is not so great. But it does its job o - Swimming Pool with slides makes the stay memorable for the kids. Kids love the pools. The seaview scenery facing Kuah jetty so breathtaking during sunrise and sunset. Staff are friendly and reliable as well. My mum accidently left her shopping items in the hotel room. The hotel housekeeping staff were honest and kept our items for later collection. The water pressure is good.   It was the best hotel and resort i stayed in during my visit to malaysia, truly a luxurious experience, starting from check in to check out, they were very friendly and helpful, the resort was modernly designed , amazing sea view from our balcony , such a relaxing place, the view from the pool was breath taking, the breakfast in the morning was ... was die leute sagen » royal ! enjoyed every moment of my stay, i would definitely recommend it for any1 who want the full luxurious experience! - The buffet breakfast is one of the best in comparison to many 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. Very fresh, excellent variety, really amazing all around. The bed is extremely comfortable, the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful. There were a couple of minor instances that I had to raise my concern about, however the Guest Relations Manager (Jana Zahranova) was very courteous, professional and helpful. I can only highly recommend the Westin Langkawi.

  I liked this hotel so much! very relaxing place, very polite people. 100% enjoyed staying in it. Nice swimming pool and very close to beach and beside beach is a small bar, everything done for fantastic rest. Lifeguar - Absolutely fabulous! Perfect beach location for relaxing family holiday, plenty restaurants and shops within walking distance. Friendly service without being intrusive, the staff always happy and smiling. Food outstanding at the restaurant and pool side, breakfast good with plenty choice and good coffee. The resort and rooms are clean and well maintained, security courteous and professional. Well done Frangipani for brilliant team effort to provide us with a perfect family holiday!

  Amazing location - it's far away from other hotels (except Datai) in one of the most wonderful seashore I've ever seen, a lot of green around so as you live like in the wild tropical forest with beautiful sea-view. A lot of animals that live really in front of hotel but they all are really friendly to you (monkeys, geckos, beautiful birds, squirel... was die leute sagen » ls, flying lemurs etc). Restaurants are very goo (especially Fish restsurant with a very fresh seafood that local fishermans bring there 3 times a wee - -Local staff is extremely friendly, and they work well together as a team. They even know details about our personal preferences, which is the kind of service that money cannot buy.
