We were greeted when we arrived at the hotel lobby and the staff helped us with the luggage.. My family and I were very happy upon checking in the hotel room.. Room was clean, tidy and neat.. We stayed at the 12th floor facing the sea view and the view was awesome.. As for breakfast, the food served were average.. Not much variety.. There's a bazaar in front of the hotel and you can find cheap souvenirs there.. I would come back again to this hotel if I

  Very peaceful setting. The room was spacious, comfortable, tastefully furnished,had a separate sitting area,was pleasantly lit and had a large balcony. The bathroom was open air and unusual. The bed was large and comfortable. Friendly staffs with smiling face at all time and especially Ms. Shyda who provides all the info you need. No much choice of breakfast but quality standard and delicious.   Green, well maintained territory. My small separate house called 'villa' was 10 mt from the sea. Good room cleaning. Travel agency on site, helping to arrange tours. Aircon and fan in room working well. Shower in the small garden is awesome! Quality of the food in the restaurant is good. Security is quite well organized. Lifeguar - Absolutely fabulous! Perfect beach location for relaxing family holiday, plenty restaurants and shops within walking distance. Friendly service without being intrusive, the staff always happy and smiling. Food outstanding at the restaurant and pool side, breakfast good with plenty choice and good coffee. The resort and rooms are clean and well maintained, security courteous and professional. Well done Frangipani for brilliant team effort to provide us with a perfect family holiday!

Loved the breakfast formula (in fridge evening before). Spa and Japanese restaurant just nearby.   Very nice view from the balacony. The room is clean and well orgnized. Facilities of the hotel are great , swimming pool is excellent , the bar and resturant with sea front view is very romantic and nice to spend the evenings there. Overall I would recommend the hotel. The hotel is actully at the edge of the island the view is amazing and is close... was die leute sagen » to the samll shopping areas , dinner cruise trip and so on. It's nice place to stay for 3 nights or to be station for trips with reasonable price. No - Location is excellent. The road ends at the gate of this hotel, as if the hotel is an empire by itself. It has a lovely port where you can dine infront of it. I liked the room series 4000 and 5000 because 1000, 2000, and 3000 series rooms have a weird carpet smell in their corridor. The hotel is 15 min from airport, 5 minutes from the market, and 2 minutes away from the best beach activities.

  staff were friendly and and attentive andwanted to help (turns out that they were actually the owner/hotel staff, not a working crew) but were embarrassed about the situation. We were only people on the boat and it was staying at anchor for duration of our stay, so no interaction with other passengers and the same scenery for the duration.
